Account Verification After Login In ReSpin
ReSpin checks your account after you sign in to confirm who is using it and to meet KYC/AML requirements before certain actions are allowed.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal, and it can also be triggered when you change personal details (name, date of birth), update payout methods, or sign in from a new device, browser, or location that looks unusual compared to your previous logins.
ReSpin can request verification when account activity doesn’t match the registration profile, such as deposits made with a payment method that doesn’t appear to belong to the account holder, or when the same device is linked to multiple accounts.
Until verification is completed, ReSpin may limit withdrawals and, in some cases, pause certain account functions while documents are reviewed.
- ID: A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence). ReSpin typically asks for a clear photo or scan showing your full name, date of birth, document number, issue/expiry dates, and your photo.
- Address: A recent proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter) showing your full name and current residential address.
- Payment method: Proof that the deposit or withdrawal method belongs to you. For cards, ReSpin may ask for a photo showing the first 6 and last 4 digits (with the middle digits covered) and your name; for e-wallets, a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and account email/ID.
- Selfie / live check: A selfie holding your ID or a short live verification step, used when ReSpin needs to match the document to the person logging in.
At the moment, verification in ReSpin is tied to withdrawals and risk checks: you can log in and play, but payouts and some account changes can be blocked until the requested documents are approved.
